Hi, I’m Emily, founder of EmPower Fitness! My passion for fitness started early as a college cheerleader and competitive athlete. Over the years, I’ve competed in fitness competitions, races, and spent 15+ years leading group fitness classes, inspiring others to push their limits and embrace an active lifestyle. I’ve been married to my amazing husband for over ten years, and he has been my biggest supporter in both my personal fitness journey and in launching EmPower Fitness. His encouragement has helped me turn my passion into a career where I get to help others feel healthy, confident, and strong.

Before becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I worked as a private school teacher and later took on my most important role—being a mom to four incredible kids. After each pregnancy, I made it a priority to regain my strength and get fit, knowing firsthand how easy it is for moms to lose themselves in the chaos of life.  And with a family history of health concerns, I realized that taking care of myself wasn’t just about looking good—it was about longevity, energy, and fully participating in life with my family, now and in the future.

At EmPower Fitness, my approach is all about sustainability and motivation. Whether you’re a busy mom, someone starting fresh, or an athlete looking for the next challenge, I’m here to encourage, energize, and empower you every step of the way.
